Exchanges for Mickey Minors products will only be considered if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect product or size, or if the item you received is damaged in any way. In such instances, you will be eligible for Online Store Credit of the same value (excluding shipping charges) for future purchases. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7-14 working days of receiving your order to our customer support email.

Refund Policy
